Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Superlogics, Protech Systems SP762RA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tekleen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tabai-Espec-Corp. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tcs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tekleen such as the 81EBVS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMSP101 manufactured by Tabai-Espec-Corp. and we are pleased to be able to service most Tabai-Espec-Corp. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0500884 by Manufacturer Tcs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Tci Brand KDRE2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Swedmeter such as UP20 equipment made by Swedmeter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Swedmeter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Swedmeter" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OSE5K68108 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular 508740038314 original spares produced by Tel-Tokyo-Electron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 290240009511 by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and UP20 spares by Swedmeter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XS1M18NB70D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
